Question 1

What is an assistant?

Accepted Answer

A specialist AI advisor you call face to face. Each assistant has a lane: Strategy, Brand, Ops, Finance or Legal.

Question 2

How is this different from a chat window?

Accepted Answer

You talk instead of type, and you hear it think. Assistants push back instead of agreeing, and every call ends with an Outcome Receipt instead of a long thread.

Question 3

What is an Outcome Receipt?

Accepted Answer

A clean record of what you decided, why, what could go wrong and who does what next. It prints as the call ends and is saved to your account.

Question 4

Can I call more than one assistant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When more than one assistant is available, a Council Call puts up to three on one call as Lead, Skeptic and Scribe. This version ships Calynta. It does not advertise assistants that are not live.

Question 5

Is the Legal assistant legal advice?

Accepted Answer

No. Assistants help you prepare the right questions for your lawyer, accountant or doctor. They never replace them.

Question 6

Are calls recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. Calls aren't recorded as audio or video. Calynta keeps a text transcript and a summary of each call so it can pick up where you left off.

Question 7

Can I delete my data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Delete a single receipt, an assistant's memory of a call, or your whole account from settings. Deletion is permanent.

Question 8

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

One plan, Calynta Pro, in USD. Monthly, quarterly or yearly billing. See the pricing page for current prices.

Question 9

Is there a free tier?

Accepted Answer

No. There is one plan with every assistant included. During the private beta, access is by invite.

Question 10

How do I get access?

Accepted Answer

Request beta access and tell us the first decision you would call about. We send invites when there is room.

Question 11

How long is the wait?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how many people are already on calls. We will email you either way.
