1. Agreement to terms

Calynta is developed and operated by Devthinks LLC ("we", "us", and "our").

By accessing or using the Calynta website at calynta.ai ("the Site") and any related services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or the Service.

2. Description of service

Calynta is an AI advisor platform that enables founders, operators, and builders to hold live face-to-face calls with AI advisors, collaborate on a shared whiteboard, co-browse the web, and maintain session context across calls.

Calynta is currently in private beta and is not generally available. Features, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or the Service. By using Calynta, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Waitlist and beta access

By joining the waitlist, you agree to be contacted by Calynta about beta access and product updates. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the private beta.

Beta access is granted at our sole discretion. We may limit, suspend, or revoke beta access at any time, for any reason, and without liability.

5. User conduct

When using Calynta, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

6. AI-generated content

Calynta provides AI-generated advice and content during advisor calls. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by Calynta's AI advisors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual property

The Calynta name, logo, brand assets, website design, and underlying technology are the property of Calynta and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you provide during your use of the Service (such as information shared during advisor calls). By using the Service, you grant Calynta a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Site integrates with third-party services including Cal.com for scheduling and Resend for email. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Calynta is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Availability and modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

During the private beta, service interruptions and changes are expected and should not be considered a breach of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Any content or data obtained through the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calynta and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content from the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter related to the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calynta and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Calynta operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Paid plans and billing

Calynta offers a paid subscription plan, Calynta Pro. If you choose App Store, Google Play or Galaxy Store billing at checkout, that store handles the payment. If card checkout is offered in the Galaxy app or on the web, Stripe processes the payment. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase.

Purchases made in an app store follow that store's own billing, cancellation and refund processes and terms. Deleting your Calynta account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it with the store where you bought it. If you subscribed through Stripe, manage or cancel it from Profile, then Manage in Calynta.
